Description

The Rite of Passage Cigar Selection is one of our cheaper cigar selections, but by no means does the price reflect the quality! These smaller format cigars really pack a punch of flavour!

Camacho Machitos Yellow (Criollo) – Although there are plenty of choices when you’re looking for a small cigar, very few can pack the complete experience of a full-size stick into a small package. Camacho Machitos are long-filler blends that don’t skimp on flavor or complexity, in short they’re everything you’d expect from a Camacho cigar in a short vitola. These feisty little boomsticks have the exact same blends as their larger counterparts and are available in Connecticut, Corojo, and Criollo. Try the Camacho Machitos for a perfect companion on your daily commute, when you’re walking Fido, or when the weather demands a shorter time.

Plasencia Reserva 1898 Robusto – Plasencia Reserva Original has the very same taste that captivated the Europeans more than five centuries ago, when they arrived in the New World. It features notes of nuts, fruits, and caramel with delicate nuances of marzipan and final hints of cedar.

Davidoff Winston Churchill Petit Panetella – The Raconteur – The Raconteur cigar, from Davidoff’s Winston Churchill line, is a Petit Panatella blended to celebrate Churchills’s ability to captivate audiences as he told tales, weaved words and spoke stories. Each anecdote or speech would intermingle creating intrigue, similar to the variety of complex flavours in this cigar. The taste starts with notes of spice and liqorice with an earthiness to it, but then there is an advancement in flavour to reveal a plot of floral and herby notes.

Oliva Serie G Maduro Robusto – Cool, sweeter, but certainly medium bodied, this smaller robusto is immensely tasty. A finish reminiscent of dark chocolate exists throughout, with increasingly apparent earthy and spicy qualities. Becomes a touch toastier in the second half, but still very nicely balanced, and produces a satisfying earthy, spicy finish, with a touch of sweetness still there. Really nice smoke.

Jose L Piedra Petit Cazadores – Unlike most cigars Jose L Piedra Petit Cazadores are made with leaves from the Vuelta Arriba region. The Piedra Family, from Asturias, was established in late nineteenth century in the neighborhood of Santa Clara, in the central part of the Vuelta Arriba region, which historically has been an area of snuff from the sixteenth century. Jose Lamadrid Piedra, the second generation, founded and developed the brand we know today.

We hope you enjoy smoking this selection!
