Nose: Plum, Christmas pudding, flamed orange peel, and a touch of old oak.
Palate: Cinnamon sticks, dried fruit, dark chocolate mousse, a pinch of nutmeg.
Finish: Dates, toffee, chocolate once again, red chilli flake.
